We now know the true meaning of the term “happy camper.” We recently purchased a
Jayco Greyhawk from Crowder’s and we couldn’t be happier. Not only were we pleased
with the motor home itself, we were extremely pleased with the service we received at
Crowder’s.
Your salesman, Michael Clay, is a super guy. He was there each step of the way as we first purchased a small tag-along from Crowder, and then upgraded to the Greyhawk. He patiently answered all questions we had (and there were many). Not only that, when we called him at home from our first camping trip at Eastman Park with questions about set-up of the awning, he actually came to our site to help us get it set up (he wouldn’t take no for an answer)! Michael showed us — again — and then let us set it up ourselves a couple of times to be sure we got it. We have never seen such a great example of service after the sale!
You have a great team that you should be extremely proud of. You can be sure that when anyone asks us where we got our beautiful home, that we’ll refer them to Michael Clay at Crowder RV.

Dear Crowder RV,
We recently purchased our 4th RV from your dealership. Each time we are there everyone treats us as though we are part of the family. Our salesman Michael Clay always goes out of his way to make sure we have what we want. He always goes above and beyond. We have shopped there so much we don't even have to tell Michael what we are interested in, he already knows. Michael knows the full line of RV's that you have and is well schooled on their operation. We have been avid campers for the last several years and I would not even consider looking anywhere else when the time comes to move up to a new camper.
